18 months and up. Solid hardwood construction, no sharp edges- everything is rounded off. The low height of seat makes it easier for even 18 months old child to get on and sit safely. The feet are safely placed on the surf board rocker. The surf rocker (the foot plate) can be removed and then be used as a balance board or see-saw. Minor assembly required.
